Stage 1: idea and mission statement

It all started with the idea of creating a unique cottage town that would combine the natural beauty of the Kyiv region with modern comforts of life. We defined our mission as creating a place where life becomes better and more peaceful.

Stage 2: design and planning

In the next stage, our engineers and architects began developing the “Sunny Valley” project. We carefully planned every detail, from small cottages to infrastructure and natural landscapes, to create the best conditions for future residents.

Stage 3: laying the foundation and construction

Construction work has begun - laying the foundations, implementing structures, finishing works and engineering systems. Each cottage was created with love and attention to detail.

Stage 4: Infrastructure and Security

We not only built cottages, but also created a complete infrastructure for a comfortable life. “Sunny Valley” is equipped with recreation areas, playgrounds, sports facilities and security systems.

Stage 5: handover of the facility and relocation of residents

After all the work was completed, we handed over the keys to the owners and first residents. Our goal is to make their life comfortable and carefree in “Sunny Valley”.
